How to cut drums or drum blank down to size.

Modifying a table saw with a full size jig. This jig is used to cut drums or drum blanks down to size. Also to mill the bearing edge.
It’s a rough cut build, had to build custom fences for the rollers and fences for the drum to ride against when cutting to length. Cut and fitting a router mounting plate to mill down the bearing edges. This table jig ended up to big. But now with the experience I gained from this build I will be trying a smaller gig using the Same 8” table saw.
