Ingredients
½ medium onion grated
1 medium carrot grated and quick chopped
1 medium cabbage fine chopped
4 tbsp Mayo
4 tbsp plain yoghurt
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp garlic / onion powder
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt

NOTE: Apple cider vinegar i use. Daesang Apple Vinegar (High Acidity), 500Ml or 1000ml
Chongjong Won vinegar is a 100% fermented vinegar with a 40-year tradition. It is fermented vinegar with 12 to 14% acidity and 2 times higher than common vinegar
It is 100% fermented vinegar rather than synthetic vinegar. Using real apples.
It has a much better full round mellow flavour unlike some of the other brands on the market. I drink 1 tbsp in a glass of water twice a day. Cook with it all the time.

Could you tell me what brand of apple cider vinegar you used in this video ?

It does look like the kfc coleslaw they sell here in thailand, not sure about how other countries do it. I don’t mind it but much prefer the more traditional style, shredded rather than diced ingredients and with mayo and sour cream as opposed to yogurt. I’d also not put sugar in it, other than a mere sprinkling maybe although, again, here in thailand, they love anything sweet so it’s be about right, for here, the amount of sugar you used.
