My brother lives in South Florida. It’s 88 degrees there today. Florida is wonderful in winter! Great video! Hi Raiden! 👋🏻👋🏻

Beautiful home! Very nice island in the kitchen. I would rent the guest bedroom with the bath out. I love the paneling in the master bath. I'm surprised it was only 150k.

I like this Floor plan, I would op the 3 bath version, I would change the counter tops and the cabinets would be white and all drawers, and make all the doors 36 inch handicap doors and make the master bath Handicap as well. then change the wall colors and it would be perfect for me😀👍

Hello Nate. Oh no! You forgot to show the Pantry. At least that what I assume that door beside the refrigerator is, a pantry. Not far from the front door so it could be a coat closet, but as it's in the kitchen, I go with it being a pantry. To bad you forgot to show it! I watched the video through before starting it over and typing in m two cents worth!

#1) I'd put a gas fireplace or wood-burning stove in the Living Room and carpet too of course.
#2) The island needs cut down some, take away a third of the one shown and it would probably work okay. I hope that was a gas Cook Stove as that's what I'd want. Don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put in another cabinet or drawers. I didn't see a microwave, but I think there's room to the right of the cook stove for one in the corner of the countertop.
#3) The Dining Room table would need to be moved more toward for meso I can put Grandma's China Cabinet on that wall. I might replace one of those windows with a half glass door so we can put a deck/porch, enclosed, out there.
#4) We'd leave the first bedroom with it's bathroom as is for any guest that might show up. We'd also leave the guest bathroom as is.
#5) The other two guest bedrooms next to each other I'd use for my rooms. The biggest one would have my Library in it, with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace and a carpet in the sitting area. The other guest bedroom I'd use 3/4's of it as my Music Studio Room, enclosing and soundproofing it. The other 1/3 would be my Office, I'd put a carpet in the Office as it is separated from the Library in this case.
#6) In the Utility Room I do believe you are correct; there is room for an upright freezer in that corner! Of course, outside that back door we'd have a Garage built with a storage unit in it and maybe a pet shower. Maybe a bigger Pantry as well - don't know exactly how big that one is, but it doesn't look like it's very big.
#7) The Master Bedroom is a very nice size. I wish the bathroom was in the bedroom though, but not a deal breaker. The Master Bathroom is pretty nice too. But as I need one, I'd exchange that shower or a Handicapped Tub Shower Combo. I'd also remove as much of the wall around the commode area as possible, and if I couldn't remove any of it, I'd have door removed. The Closet is a nice size too.
#8) We'd have porches all around the house as much as possible to the garage. Some enclosed and some just covered.

Price isn't too bad. Of course my changes would change the price as well. As I said, Nate, good video except forgetting to show the Pantry! You don't often forget something, so you are forgiven this time! God bless you and your family!

It's great, except for the grey floors. So many of these are grey and brown together. I find that depressing colors. They can do better. As for the floor plans, they're really nice. Does this have a pantry? Not much in theway of kitchen cabinets.
