(first of all, i'm spanish) i'm pretty mad that spanish people just steal stuff from english people because they don't ever know that their content got stolen until someone finds out | for example: i saw a spanish short with the content of an english video i saw in the same day but cropped and no one in the comments knew that it was stolen and the creator hasn't said anything (the video was stolen so it's worse than stealing thumbmails)

about the pedo part,
victims can do stuff

for example: BRICKBATTLER drama, the owner (mayenokoo) got exposed for being a absolute creep and a scotacon (pdf but girl), and the victim (charlotte) took down every brickbattler games, i meant most of them but still she have perms since original owner was a pdf and she became a victim of her.
Means, if victims come to the blood game you had drama in discord about, they can take it down. If owners dont, they get a bad reputation and maybe get exposed.

I remember watching that guy called "Gelo" anyways, you could perhaps try contacting him peacefully thru dms or emails without doing any videos about the topic of him stealing your thumbnails (so you don't promote him for free and potentially giving him more profit) asking for some credits attleast or telling him ways or just setting an agreement, if he doesn't well I think the best choice would be to move on
