just from observing these animations ive started to build a theory about these guys. ferris and warren were kinda close (and warren had romantic feelings for ferris, not sure if the other way around is true) but ferris took it for granted. warren was killed (maybe ferris killed him?) and ferris realized his mistake and desperately tried to bring warren back to life by making him a cyborg (seen at the end of priorities)

just a theory though of course, i could be totally wrong
