24092021_#potavristou on the Mediterranean Coast Day

AKTI Project and Research Centre celebrated Mediterranean Coast Day through a beach and seabed clean-up of Geroskipou Municipal Beach on the 24th of September at 9.30am. The school of Agia Paraskevi Gymnasium and the Children’s Centre of Geroskipou took part in the clean-up event that also involved a visit to a fishing boat in the Moulia area. The esteemed Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, Dr. Costas Kadis, attended the campaign. The event was organised with the support of the Mediterranean Information Office for Environment, Culture and Sustainable Development (MIO-ECSDE) and Geroskipou Municipality.
