100 year old house, repair of collapsed stone foundation & next leveling floors.

I Love My Old House and this repair has been under contract and we've waited for over 1 year for the work to start.
Its finally in progress. 😄😄

I agree!!! And we're blessed that when they pore the "new" foundation in concrete, A Stone Mason will attach the original rock to concrete so it will look all original & not like a sad concrete fix (like the add on concrete porch a previous owner did)

Just the facts ma’am just the fax don’t forget we’re talking about 110 year old foundation that has nothing to do with stoves and windows and doors weather and cats or any of that stuff it has to do with foundation just the fax ma’am just the fax I don’t have six months to listen to your description of your house

I just bought 122 year old home in York Pennsylvania 2400 sq ft 3 floors high all brick. Had it inspected x2 both appraised as nothing Structurally wrong with the Structure is sound. Full Basement looks good and feels good to be in
