Please film an origin story of how Sorted happened!! I’ve heard the stories and stuff, but I think it would be amazing if you made a short skit of how you guys met and started

You should do a pass it forward using a roulette wheel of random ingredients.

Having these flavor pairs be turned into proper dishes would be really cool to see.

I would love to see a version of these videos where the pairings are effectively random, rather than user-submitted. Bins for each type of taste (savory, salty, etc) with examples of that type on slips of paper in the bins. Pick two at random!

The jerky and raspberry jam seems it would be similar to the cranberry sauce and oven roasted turkey we would have for thanksgiving.

IDEA: all three compete to see who can make marmite taste good. Ultimate marmite battle

I want to see you guys take some of these flavour pairings and turn them into refined dishes!

I feel like there should be a 'flavour meh' for the ones that don't wow Mike but are OK.

You made James too happy with this one.
You know what that means.
It's time for another Chefs Review Kitchen Gadgets.

Also, count this as another vote for developing these pairings into full dishes.

The raspberry jam and jerky was the they called the 'curve ball' option, but that was the one that made most sense to me!

I have a vision for the use of the cheese-coffee-honey combo (which I've never heard of before this): I dare you to make a cheese and coffee pie.

(my take - tell me if it's crazy - blind bake a pie crust with a layer of parmesan, then a coffee-honey custard pie filling, dusted with espresso powder)

Vanilla Ice Cream and Pumpkin Seed Oil is a very usual dish in Austria. Basically served everywhere during summer. :-)

You eat Swedish meatballs with lingonberry jam...why would you think beef jerky with raspberry jam would not work?

My favorite thing to eat while doing chemo therapy as a kid was lime sherbet with celery. I started using the celery as a spoon because they had forgotten to give me one with my sherbet, then when i took a bite with booth on the "spoon" it was amazing. Iv never heard of anyone else ever eating this pairing and i would love to see what you guys think of it.
