i can't change the settings on my shipping container tool it's suddenly inactive ie only 40ft can't edit to 20ft it was working just fine. My year subscription is not over

I just bought the shipping container tool (AC20) just today but It mentioned that the licensing file had expired. Why is this happening? Please respond ASAP, I don't want to have wasted my time with this
