The one place that you should NEVER lubricate is the firing pin and firing pin channel. No oil! The firing pin and channel must be kept clean and dry, otherwise it will attract dirt and debris. Oiling that firing pin channel is the easiest way you can stop a Glock from functioning

This is how you check if your Glock is loaded or not. lol.

It only does that because you don't have a round in the chamber now watch this video without a round in the chamber unloaded and see how its going to sound versus with a round in the chamber and see if they make that same noise. Basically if the pistol is not cocked the fire pin is going to move back and forth versus if the pistol is cocked the firing pin won't move back and forth.
