As a student, feeling completely overwhelmed with exam season, this video couldn't have come at a better time. Thank you, thank you!!!

I highly recommend reading the book “Win At Work Succeed At Life” by Michael Hyatt jumps into the psychology of the culture of overwork and teaches you to be successful at work and life without sacrificing one over the other. Very balanced.

Carl how did you know I was messing things up!🙏🏼

I’ve been working this method for over 40 years and it works perfectly if you stay with it. Do the first item on your list, do it well, then move to item 2, etc..
It’s surprising how much you can accomplish.

Thank you Carl. This was a concise and motivating summary of the principles you shared in Your Digital Life 3.0. I am starting to realize that while I have that good GTD habit of capturing everything, I'm not so good at prioritizing and saying "no." Thanks for reminding us of the power of setting priorities, and the critical importance of keeping the list to a manageable number.

Career pivoting, pandemic, overwhelm, perfect timing and great video. Thanks a lot.

Thank you for that Carl, far too few people say it nowadays that downsizing and prioritizing are the mandatory start of any productivity strategy.

So balance out the GTD - mind dumping of all "things-in-your-head"... ... as clearly that is always based on 50 to 1, 000 item type list. But other than just take the top 8+2 (your 10)... still trawling the long list. Styling the list - to actually manage that list from the psychological pov, to therefore make it do the work, the heavy lift in presenting tasks in a manageable way.

Good reminder vid.

Thanks, Carl, for your contributions to my pursuit of happiness and improved productivity! I'm fascinated with "Ivy Lee" method - I've not heard of this yet it sounds similar to some of Drucker's, et al processes for daily task selection.

Every sentence is absolutely true. But it's hard to follow them every day. But I try....

Great video thanks - as someone with ADD, I find it really easy to get overwhelmed with tasks and not have clear priorities. I think limiting the number of tasks a day and setting them the day before is a helpful idea.

it is the best video you ever made! My struggle is not my task, it is maintaining the information/the data. I didn't succeed to build a good system to maintain my data. (by the way very nice scene, and relaxing to watch).
