Seattle to Spokane in 4.5 Minutes

preview_player
Показать описание
A time-lapse flight from Auburn Airport, near Seattle, to Spokane, in 4.5 minutes. The plane is a 1938 Ryan SC-W, and it was recorded using a GoPro Hero HD camera mounted on the tail.

The jerkiness of the video and the way that the tail of the airplane looks like jello is due to camera vibration interacting with the "progressive shutter" of the camera.

My God that was scary! Especially when you had to confront the storm clouds midway. Oh my God, I have never flown in a small plane like this!

About 3 hours. About 4500 feet over the Cascade mountains, then a bit lower from the Columbia River over to Spokane probably 4000 ft.

Looks awesome, can you upload this video in normal speed, or upload parts of it cut up into smaller videos?
