I am now on my 2nd hoover WiFi oven HOC3358IN WiFi. The first one was 2 months old and i had a new one delivered today, 20 January 2023. All set up. Turn on the oven with the app but the oven doesn't heat up. The light comes on, the fan spins but that is it. If i manually turn the temperature up as you would without WiFi capability then the oven warms up, turn the temperature back to the off position and oven cools down even though the app says 200. Any recommendations? Waiting for technical support to ring me back which can take 48 hours. The previous cooker worked perfect up to Xmas day. This new one won't warm up from the moment I took it out the box unless manually changed. Any advice? I do not believe this model has demo mode.

I have a similar Hoover single oven and in the instructions it says: when installing under the counter i.e. worktop it is mandatory to fit the gasket seal, clean and degrease the surface beforehand and check it’s proper positioning under the work surface, what part is this???!! It says it’s included.

I'm having am issue. The red light for heat
Doesn't come on. Fan and light works but not heating up even ro the feel

Ok WiFi is good and all, but how does the cooker know what temp to go to if your out?
