Vegetables: Cabbage, Potato, Tomato, Green and red chilly, Green onions, garlic pods, ginger, pink onion
Chopping Vegetables: Finely chop green and red chilly into circular shapes, finely chop tomato small dice, potato as finger batonette style
Spices: Salt, oil, red chily powder, black pepper, garlic, ginger, black pepper pwder, soya sauce.
Overnight soaked channa dal
COOKING:
Basic Sauce:
1. Heat in kadai oil, add red, green chily, add tomato stir and fry, add red chily powder stir and fry.

Potato Fry:
1. In kadai boil hot water with salt, cook potato finger chips cut, keep aside.
2. Add corn flour to boiled potato and deep fry them.
Channa and Cabbage Balls:
3. Grind black pepper keep aside.
4. Grind into thick paste soaked channa dal, keep aside.
5. Chop cabbage finely style
6. In kadai mix ground channa dal with cabbage and salt, knead well, add corn flour for texture.
7. Make round balls from this dough, keep aside.
8. Deep fry them in oil like pakodas.
Cabbage Sauce:
1. Chop into shedding style cabbage, chop garlic pods, chop ginger, chop onion as slices
2. In kadai heat oil add garlic, onion, ginger fry, add cabbage fry.
3. Add basic sauce saute, add soya sauce mix, add pinch of black pepper, water to cook.
