Top 10 PAL Moments in Melee

The PAL version of Melee is a later release of Melee most well known for being sold and used in Europe and Australia.
A bunch of changes were made that can make the game drastically different to play competitively in comparison to NTSC (The Japanese and North American releases), and here I've made a compilation showcasing (and explaining) the greatest highlights/lowlights that happened purely as a result of changes made in the PAL version of the game!

The falco dair nerf is actually a really well done adjustment because while it makes it slightly weaker for combos and edgeguards, it gains some newfound utility it didn't have before.

Man I love PAL. I guess if you play the NTSC version first the cool factor of the two big spikes being lost kinda hurts too much, but it's a lot of fun popping people up with marth dair and jabbing fearlessly with falcon.
