Coach Saban said it on Gameday this morning. You either suffer the pain of discipline or the pain of disappointment. Right now our defense looks completely undisciplined. Not initiating or finishing contact. No support for the lead tacklers, leading to crazy YAC. Missing coverages. We're used to downhill, no fly zone defenses, and this looks so different than that

My greatest fear when it was discussed about Bama's new "base" defense has come to pass. The middle of the defense gives way to chunk plays all the time. This is Indiana's defense from Coach KD's days. The offense was good with Penix, but the defense was terrible.

The offense bailed them out? My man, they only put up 27 points and 300 yards. That's not bailing anyone out against an unranked team. Not to mention, they gave up points on turnovers from Milroe. They were out rushed in total yards and rushing yards per attempt. You can not win in the SEC without running the football, and this team can not do it. They are going to get F'd by Tennessee next week, and we might as well get ready for it.
