Damn, this just happened to me yesterday on 2K23. It wouldn't let me play the game when I clicked "No" so I ended up clicking "Yes." Very unfortunate that this is an issue because it kept telling me to download the Bad Bunny pack, which I never even owned. I imagine it said this because my friend came over and played 2K23 on his account using my PS5 and he does have the Bad Bunny pack.

I feel that 2K should open up the servers to make this right and fix this issue of saving all the data. This is not fair at all and they owe us this much. If they get a lot of complaints they will have no choice but to do something for WWE 2K22.

So I have Xbox series x & i bought the deluxe edition so i have every dlc pack!! I downloaded the first dlc pack & i installed it. It installs super fast like lightning fast. Then i went to find the dlc in the game & they aren’t there!! Wtf?!? Please help!!
