I found it strange that each of the Bob the Builder read alongs had something from the episode missing like a moment or just information. In this one, there is no mention of Mrs Potts managing the office while Wendy’s away. But then calling to say she’s too sick to make it. Which is why Bob has to leave the office empty with the answering machine on and ending up with a disaster!

Very good story. I think Bob could have told Pilchard off for breaking the answer machine and stuffing a cushion into the fax device.
