How to make a text reveal animation effect using a line in Premiere Pro CC.

I have a question. how to do text reveal with lines up and down, coming in a cascading manner? please do a video of it.

*Edit:* Anyone reading this wanting to make a rectangle reveal. I think the 4 lines works, you'll just have to really make sure it looks clean (like a rectangle). Use stroke of 15. All four lines use trim paths. One vertical duplicated, and one horizontal duplicated. Then you would just use a shape layer rectangle and scale it out from the 2 vertical lines (as a track matte). I've always liked the look of it, but there are basically no tutorials on how to do this.
