All I can say to karli is be grateful you have such a loving and caring family and a supportive mother. I never see my mom because she is an alcoholic and I have never had any advice on periods or boys and learned everything in my own. Saved for everything I had. Did the laundry. Cooked the food. Gave my siblings baths. Took them to school. ALL AT 14. Be lucky you have what you have because not everyone does
