Do conditioner, like a whole bottle.
Wash it first with Shampoo then brush it out with conditioner.

You can use coconut oil/any kinda medium to lightweight oil on your hair to dissolve the crunchiness of the hairspray. Then shampoo the hair well. Your hair will be less brittle and dry this way compared to just shampooing
