I had an '02 600 cce that I completely tore apart and rebuilt to suit me and the way I ride and I absolutely loved it. ZR3 chassis is IMO the best trail sled out there. I only did a few mods to it like heavier springs in the skid ('12 bearcat), home made led taillight (2 leds from a '12 cat) and a set of mountain cat handle bars. Hated to sell it but I wanted something newer, more efficient and more comfortable.

Pretty sweet lookin sled you there.

Looks and sounds good, as far as that shield it's a snowmobile not a show car 😂

Andrew thank you for sharing the tips on this particular model... i have never owned a ski doo before so i took the chance and bought a 2002 efi - zr800 (he claimed it is a 2003) with reverse.. i got it for 1800.00 canadian - (that's 25.00 in american dollars!) the only problem i have had was i broke off the reverse linkage, simple fix... speed an km/distance speed/odometer do not work - rpms do but i am guessing they are off a bit as well... but holy @#$^ can that thing move!! Extreme power!! ... i want to maintain this beast so can you tell me - what are the most common issues and best preventative maintenance methods are?

Quick question for you ! I got myself a 2002 ZR800efi cross country recently. I was wondering weather the sled has a choke on it or not ? I can’t seem to find it in the sled anywhere ? Is that normal
