The location the bomb goes is on the Left Orange Side Downstairs by the double doors that lead to the Plank Section.
Note: Hold the bomb out. It won't let you click the section.

Edit: I HAVE FINALLY GOTTEN IT ALONE (kinda), what you need is an alt account. You need to open the greencard with your alt and you need to use the redkey with your alt. Then camps you alt in a vent that keeps the pigs distracted. And you can do it.
