I think the lack of enthusiasm is that they’ve introduced so many characters with no follow ups, which has made fans apathetic to new and returning characters

Binary’s MCU consume is the most superhero-y outfit we’ve seen in the MCU thus far, I actually really like it

“I hope Kevin Feige does this right” THAT RIGHT THERE is why a lot of people are not caring too much about this post credit scene. The mcu has had such a spotty track record recently that at this point, it doesn’t matter what they’re teasing and how big it is, because there will always be hesitation to get excited out of fear that they might mess it up.

Kelsey Grammer is perfect as Beast. The character even shares som similarities with Frasier- refined, sophisticated, a lover of art, reading etc. So excited to see him back.

It's very hard to get excited about these movies when some of them are half a decade away.

As a huge X-Men fan I really want to be excited about this but I'm kinda hesitant because of the quality of recent MCU content and the two X-Men fake outs we've already had. If I could be sure this was the actual Fox X-Men universe and not a random variant I'd be far more excited.

There was definitely a row of chaps at my screening that couldn't contain themselves when Beast came on screen. I immediately noticed that he appeared to be the animated series version. I thought he looked really cool. If Cyclops and the rest of the team come in with their animated series customs I would be pumped. We can ditch the black leather, it was a product of its time and we don't need to go back there yet.

Hope they give Anna Paquin a Rogue moment, like in the comics. Her True Blood character was similar to that.

Na, it has something to do that we all are pretty scared what Marvel will do with the X-Men and this time we aren’t fooled by super small teases. I would think. X-amen is so important and big, I think everyone just wants to see the whole thing and some sprinkles somewhere

Think if phase 4 and 5 were executed better building off one another, developing characters like they did in phase1-3(not leaving them to hang as it seems they are doing), and having a clear direction maybe we be more excited for this reveal. Also doesn’t help the delays and how long it’s taking. Btw thank you for whoever gave me a membership ❤️. Right now just excited for Deadpool 3 and love what they did with Loki!

I think maybe people are just not excited because nothing is likely to come to fruition from it

I would like Rogue starting as a villain and stealing someone's power and having her redemption arc later. I will be bold and say she should steal from whoever wears those bands... what if somebody stole those bands from Binary and Rogue stole from them? Or what if she stole from the Carol Danvers of this universe and that Carol is already in a coma? If this Beast is inspired by the 90's cartoon, maybe Rogue already stole Carol's power (like in the cartoon) and now Maria is the new Cap/Binary.

Saw the movie last night with family and I really enjoyed it specially the fight scene in the third act, thought it was choreographed really well. When Beast showed up in the post credit scene, the audience gasp and got really excited.

I feel like the problem with recent MCU movies is that there does not seem to be any continuity. I do not feel the saga is developing, it is merely a collection of random events that apparently had to lead somewhere. The reason why I don't feel excited about the post credit scene is that it looks like a last minute addition and knowing Marvel these days, it is likely they don't have any clue what this post-credit scene means. The fact that the room is exactly like the one from Fox's Xmen and Beast's face is mostly shadowed (was the actor even there or did he give his line in front of a green screen?) further proves this point.

I've always thought Kelsey Grammer was brilliant casting for Beast and I'm glad he's back (at least for a bit) but I see ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why he's CG. His new design looks very achievable in makeup and would look better done practically.

I absolutely love the Binary suit! I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about it. It feels like a pretty good mix of comics accurate and MCUified suits.
