This meat thermometer is really nice! The fact that it's digital and you don't have to use the old dial thermometer is great. It has an LCD backlight display. Some great features of this thermometer are that it has bacteria resistant probe so you can use it on all foods. It is waterproof, so not only is it okay if it gets wet but it can be used to test milk, hot chocolate, bath water, coffee, candy, and deep frying. The readings are fast and precise. It takes about 2-3 seconds for it to read the temperature. It can read temps ranging from -58°F to 572°F. The thermometer also has a memory function. The thermometer has an auto-off. The thermometer will stay on for 10 minutes. The probe on the thermometer is 4.5 inches. The probe is 180 degrees foldable. The price is also very affordable. The thermometer works great, has many nice features, and there are no longer any worries about meat being undercooked or overcooked. I would highly recommend this meat thermometer. #deiss
