The IEC is nearing the completion of vote capturing. More than 96-per cent of the national votes have been declared, the ANC remains in pole position with just over 40 per cent, the DA close to 22 per cent, and the Former President Jacob Zuma's MK party at just under 15 per cent of the votes.
