Axial SCX10 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4WD Unboxing

I unbox a brand new SCX10 '12 Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4WD ready to run edition. This scaler is a ton of fun, one of my first trucks and is sure to make you happy.

A must have upgrade is move the battery tray from the back to the front. Get 2.2s. Also a tekin 35T or 55T motor will work.

I already have a SCX-10 long chassis but I will buy me one of those JK´s because they are so NICE buddy! SCX rules all the way that´s what you will know after your first offroad session!!! The scale / performance factor is unbeatable !!!

Take axles apart clean and relube them with marine grease, that way if you go in water your bearings r safe, if not its just good lubrication . Next thing, that stock servo is just fine, I took mine out and have had it in three different vehicles and ended up putting back in my scx10, another thing I'm stealing the idea of having the battery tray in the back, I like that layout better than in the front and way up high, hope to see some fun videos of this rig and hope you enjoy it .

The only upgrade I would really recommend at first would be some different tires. Get some deadlocks maybe with some jconcepts rocx or something like that. Other than that before actually upgrading I would have some fun with it and drive it over everything just to get the feel for it, because the shocks don't really need to be upgraded and the motor really only has to be upgraded to a waterproof motor and esc if you are going to get it wet.

just got my wife one last month and got all the upgrades for the steering and support arms plus some proline beadlocks and front & rear bumper as well as shock so its pretty pimped out next thing is a new motor may put a Novak Eiger I have one in my scx10 and love it I also got her the hard top and use just 2 screws so it flips up for easy battery

its a lil top heavy but not to bad can be tuned with the shock so far she loves it and I think you'll love yours as well

NICE!!! I like my deadbolt better under the body. I have the AE-5 ESC, tactic metal gear servo, tactic 3 channel receiver and the tactic controller that goes with it and excluding battery and charger it was only $300. But i really like the body of the jeep better than the deadbolt although the deadbolt does look sick.

Shouldv got the kit the shocks it comes with are smoother on the bumps plus it comes with the aluminum links that are a must
