Hi Kess, bullying is real and alive. Those bullied and at the end reported to management are always viewed as being on the wrong. Management always take sides with certain individuals in work places.

When ones visa status states "no public funds" and an employer enrolls employee for a FREE level 2 nvq for health and social care(18 month course) with a college to get a care certificate. Should the employee still go ahead to do it? Thanks.

Racism is strong in these work place.onr carer told me the support workers came here to work so they should and she even say the name of the team leader it was coming from ..you suppose to work like a robot while others that born here took 15 fag breaks for the day plus their lunch break plus doing nothing at work they leave all the work for us the over seas workers . I want to report them but would it make a difference no because it's just their belief it is coming from the head of the stream once you come here on sponsorship you should work like a slave and once it is not done in 5 mins you will be shout at .you can never do enough. They all have the belief as if you were suffering at your home country so you are desperate for this opportunity and should be treated anyway.

I got my COS feb 10th on general skilled worker, am presently in Nigeria, am planning to pay the visa fee, and with the rumor going around that Nigerians is on the red list. Am really scared I don't know if I should proceed.
