Yes, it's expensive, but where else can you have giraffes right off your balcony? It's so much less expensive than a safari trip and the service and staff are wonderful. Truly one of my favorite hotels in the whole world!

Went here last spring and had a blast. My mom and I loved waking up with the animals and drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings. I expect high quality from Disney and I always get it. Nothing beats a Disney vacation

My absolute favorite disney resort that I've stayed in so far! The rooms, views, and service is amazing and I didn't find it far at all from any of the disney parks. Ive stayed at multiple disney resorts and they all seem to be between 10-20 minutes away from all of the disney parks. If your'e a little mermaid fan then I would also HIGHLY recommend the Art of Animation resort!

This is my Favorite and only place I will stay now during my visits to WDW. Everything they do is 1st class. An my Family is so comfortable here now also could spend an entire day just at the Hotel with my kids never getting bored with the numerous activities the AKL offers.

They should make a NYC-themed resort, with a shopping/entertainment area made to look like Times Square. Complete with ethnic food carts.

So happy we selected AKL Villas as our DVC home resort 7 years ago. Several stays at Jambo and Kidani and all awesome!

The hotel lobby looks very similar to the Grand Californian Hotel lobby and the Wilderness Lodge lobby.  I love it.
