hi Jeanelle! You probably won’t see this, as you have SOOO many other viewers with so many comments, but I absolutely LOVE your videos! You really interested me in Filipino food and culture. And I’m about to go to a new school, and finding out that there’s a Filipino store two blocks away from it made me pretty amazed ( in a good way!) Also, here’s a random video idea: trying my subscribers Starbucks drinks! And if you ever do that video, here’s a drink to try: a tall matcha latte with only one pump of sweetener, one pump of brown sugar, and sweet cream cold foam. I’d say brownies are a fantastic thing to just throw random dessert themed stuff you have lying around in/on, my mom invented something she calls “Snickerbroodle” where she puts snickerdoodle cookie balls inside brownie batter and it makes little cookies inside the brownie

Next time I recommend blooming the cocoa by mixing with a small amount of boiling water! It helps to bring out more flavors in the chocolate

A litle tip when following brownie recipes Instead of oil use browned butter and instead of a whole egg use two egg yolks if you want a super dense fudgey brownie with layers of flavor.
