Congress finalizes the decisions not Biden, he just needs to fight more on his compaign promises what they need to raise payroll taxes to go into social security fund

My sister is 75. She is living in government subsidized apartments for low income seniors. She pays half of the rent, and the gov pays the other half. She also qualified for SNAP benefits. When we got the social security increase recently, it put her $14 over the qualification for her SNAP benefit, so she lost it. Add to that, it made her rent go up by $80 a month. The increase hurt her badly, not helped her at all
