I understand the logic of 'no further danger' but I dislike the implication of 'home and clear' because he has aged out because he managed to avoid getting caught for long enough.

Hiw can you defend that? He should have been made an example of as he is so high profile. Its gone mucher further than a 'danger' .. that ruling has done actual harm to children and our culture
