Dr. Gundry, I would love to see you write your next book on the skin microbiome. There is not that much out there regarding skin care and the connection between the gut. What do you think about the connection between constipation and psoriasis. Love to here your response.

Dr Gundry please tell us what you think of fish/seafood enormous pollutants/toxic substances content. I have been avoiding it for a while only eating very rarelly. It is a big issue now and many docs have exposed the level of contaminants in wild caught sea items in every sea and ocean of the world!

What about the Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio on walnuts? or any other nuts. I wonder if this issue has been addressed before since I just have become a listener.

First, thank you for your work, and second, thank you for allowing us to ask questions.
In trying to put the good bugs into the gut, like say raw, live sauerkraut, how long would be enough time for it to do its job, before you ate or drank anything else.? I eat about a half a cup and take a probiotic. On an empty stomach. Then I so please, how long should I wait?
In reference to Shirataki noodles/rice, since they are negligible in calories/carbs, could they be added to bone broth to help the gut bacteria too? I fast for health and weight loss using water, coffee/tea and home made bone broth. Since learning Glucomannan is good gut stuff, thought to add for positive help. Good or not good? Thank you again.

I read your book in Korea.
I think it would be nice if there is someone who can upload subtitles in Korean.

I love the info on the foods, but am concerned that Dr. Gundry is not up to date on the beneficial effects of sun for health. I hope he will get the book, Embrace the Sun, by Marc B. Sorenson, Ed.D and William B. Grant, PhD. The research in this book is exciting and is not solely about Vitamin D. We all need sun (but, as they say often in the book) don't burn.
