Okay this description is wrong. Level run+ is a level accessed by a vent in level run ( one of the known entrances ), It has more of a hotel theme than a hospital. In this, you will have to run for 10 miles, there are safe blue zones that you can use as break areas, ( EXITS / The only known exit is just running the 10 miles, And there will be a staircase, going up it means you’ll beat the level, You’ll get sent to level ! After beating it, also its canon name is !! And unlike level fun+, this one is not fanmade.
