This is the first part of this video where in we will discuss jurisdiction of the Criminal courts in inquires and Trails in Hindi.
Sec-177: ordinary place of enquiry and trial
Sec-178: place of enquiry or trial
Sec-179: offence tribal where act is done or consequence ensues
Sec-180: place of trial where act is is offence by reason of relation to other offence
Sec-181: place of trial in case of certain offences
Sec-182: offence committed by letter, etc.
Sec-177: जांच और विचारण का मामूली स्थान
Sec-178: जांच या विचारण का स्थान
Sec-179: अपराध वहां विचारणीय होगा जहां कार्य किया गया या जहां परिणाम निकला
Sec-180: जहां कार्य अन्य अपराध से संबंधित होने के कारण अपराध है वहां विचारण का स्थान
Sec-181: कुछ अपराधों की दशा में विचारण का स्थान
Sec-182: पत्रों, आदि द्वारा किए गए अपराध
