The clubs thought they were playing him, brother was busy gathering evidence

This kind of racism just isn't in the NFL, it's also evident in all major corporations.

For people who ARE NOT too familar with sports Brian Flores coached the Miami Dolphins and almost every person in the league was outraged when he was fired for basically no reason a couple weeks ago. He did a great job and the team loved him. The Owner was trying to Shave points and Flores didn't cooperate so they fired him

What's weird is that Flores was arguably the best prospect for head coaches this year. Teams only hurting themselves by not hiring him

And also racism has been ALIVE A WELL in the NFL ever since they BLACKBALLED any black player took a KNEE over police brutality!!!

Not just NFL. Not just pro sports. We can bring this issue all the way down to the college level but I understand starting somewhere.

Cleveland coach: "I got $50k to lose."
Miami coach: "I got $100k to lose."
Bears coach: "Wait a sec, you were getting paid?!"

I’m so glad he’s suing and drawing attention to this issue. This is happening in every industry and we NEED to call it out.

“You wanna send a Black man to Minnesota? In February?! What part of ‘end racism’ don’t you understand?”

Roy is wildin. 😂

This is why I'm moving away from football. Ever since Colin Kaepernick. There's no question to me that this is intentional. If they have no black coaches it's on NFL cuz there's certainly black coaches available.

Mad respect for Coach Flores. Putting his career all on the line in hopes that other black coaches might get a fair shot.
👏👏👏

Quote: They had "end racism" on their helmets! You're telling me that didn't do anything?!

You, sir, are a legend!!

Suing is the only way to get attention nowadays, what a sad 😔 state of affairs, the NFL can spend millions on the half-time show but can't hire black qualified coaches because of their prejudice. 🙁

Twenty years later 3 coaches down to 1--this is America.

I hope he gets what he wants out of the suit because he straight-up calling out that racism in the NFL pulling no punches. I mean honesty is the best policy

This also happens in the working world not just the NFL. Minorities have to perform twice as much just to get a penny raise.

As a non white person living in Minnesota I loved the part about letting white people have Minnesota.

Same issue when you go for a job interview in corporate culture in management or higher if you're a minority you're least likely to get it even though you're more qualified/Experienced than the others
