You might hear people say Quantity Surveying is a well-paid occupation. But how much does a QS actually earn? We last created a video on this topic back in 2021 and as you can imagine, a lot of things have changed this then. Going forward, we will be creating a new salary-based video every year.

In this video, we will explore the potential salary expectations at each level of Quantity Surveying ranging from an apprentice QS all the way to a Commercial Manager.

As a QS in London, a lot of these salaries will be higher in reality. Normal QS’ with 5-10 years will earn up to £60k, seniors up to £75k and managing QS’ up to £100k

Me & my colleagues don’t consider anything less than £400/day or £100, 000 salary. In fact I’ve rejected multiple £100k jobs this year alone !! My next role starting in a couple of weeks is £550/day!!

Most QS’s don’t know their worth unfortunately or settle for less
