Part 1 - Done & Done: A Hands On Introduction to Strategic Doing

During this session, led by Victoria Matthew and Jimmy Gandhi, you will engage in strategic doing, which is a proven, peer-driven process for identifying and prioritizing opportunities that is utilized by teams in the Pathways in Innovation program.

You will then develop an agile plan for implementing your project. You'll leave the session with your plan for implementation, and experience with an agile strategic planning process that you can use for years to come.

It's recommended that teams of 3-5 complete this workshop together.
