my problem is it doesnt show manage or anything else helpfull it only shows go to store page remove from favorites add to collection and youve played no other options

3 month in to this problem, still there is no solution, FIFA 24 AND FIFA 23 are just not launching after splash screen, ive literally tried everything. fifa 20 btw starts normaly, its only 23 and 24

When I click on the three dots of fc24 in epic game I only see 4 option :
-go to store page
-remove from fav
-add to collection
-you’ve played…
But I don’t see any option that says setting or manage like described in the vid
