I would have just stuck the random piece of metal in my hair. I had no idea you could do this at these medieval festivals.. I'm forgetting words guys. I cannot think of what they are really called. But yeah I would have just stuck the random piece of metal in my hair. I have used pieces of bark. like thin layers of bark off of a tree to tie my hair back. I've grabbed random sticks off of trees to stick in my hair because I forgot a rubber band. Now I just keep rubberr rubber bands tied to my belt loops on my pants. This is way cooler though. Helping to blacksmith your own hairpin out of a random piece of metal you found on the ground? That's pretty randomly cool.
