For Today we are cleaning the kitchen it needs a really good deep clean and decorating for fall/ autumn this was filmed a couple of weeks ago but we’ve has a busy week so better late then never :)

I have such a messy house to clean and tidy today, so tons of #cleaningmotivation to share with you.

I also have some simple and neutral fall/autumn decor and some easy and delicious recipes for you, which I’ll pop down below so you can try them out yourself.

🍂PepperPot stew
Ingredients:
Low-calorie cooking spray
400g stewing beef, visible fat
removed, cut into bite-size pieces
2 red peppers, deseeded and cut into
bite-size pieces
1 small sweet potato, peeled and cut
into bite-size pieces
200g green beans, trimmed and
halved
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 level tbsp jerk seasoning* (see tip)
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
¼ tsp sweetener
200g passata with onions and garlic
200ml beef stock
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
200g dried long-grain rice

Method:
🍁Spray a medium, flameproof
casserole dish with low-calorie
cooking spray and place over a
high heat. Add the beef and fry
for 4-5 minutes, or until lightly
browned all over, stirring
occasionallv.
🍁Add the peppers, sweet potato,
beans, garlic, jerk seasoning, red
wine vinegar, sweetener, passata,
stock and Worcestershire sauce.
Season and stir well. Turn the
heat down, cover and cook for
1½ hours, or until the beef is
meltingly tender.
🍁Meanwhile, cook the rice
according to the packet
instructions, then drain well.
Divide the stew and rice between
2 bowls, sprinkle with parsley and
serve.

Spiced apple cider

Ingredients
Brown sugar to coat glass
Gold edible glitter (optional)
Lime or Orange
Cinnamon stick
Apple ice cubes (freeze slices of apple in sprite)
High quality apple cider
You could use non alcoholic or one with alcohol 🍎

I probably remember to empty the crumbs a couple of times a year, tbh I only found out them things came out a couple of years ago while wiping underneath the toaster 😱 I’m 36 and been living on my own since 16 so yeah I was late to the party on that one 😂😂. Xxx
