This time I take a look at the mockup of the 5.5" iPhone 6 vs the 4.7" I've looked at previously. This video includes a detailed comparison to all previous iPhones and top-end Android phones like the LG G3 and Galaxy Note 3.

Apple is:

1. Falling behing in tech (other companys have already put out 4k tv's, cameras, etc.)

2. Failing hard in design (same overall design for three years, just different sizes).

3. Overpriced.

4. Failing to maintain their former prestige.

5. Copying Android trends.

IMO, the stripes on the back panel are VERY ugly.

Based on the shots of what looks like the front panel of the iPhone 6 just posted by 9to5 Mac, these mockups that are going around appear to be wrong. Front camera is to the side of the ear speaker and the bezels are a good deal slimmer. All of that is GOOD news

I do not believe that the stripes will be there when the final iPhone 6 is released, it's not classy, not Apple. And the camera will most certainly not protrude like that. This looks more like a new iPod Touch than an iPhone in my opinion. Apple can do better than this, a lot better.

The biggest screen I would ever purchase is 5.5", and that's only because of the LG G3. So it looks like I'll be getting the 4.7"

A 5.5 inch display makes no sense for an iPhone since they refuse to add widgets to their os. It's just going to be an iPad mini mini lol

Good news: the white / black antenna stripes on the back won't be present on the final design. It's supposedly markings for the module position inside the chassis, not a design element.

Hard to choose one without the real product to feel. I'm probably more swayed towards the 5.5" since I have been using the Note 3 the past year. With iOS 8, bigger screens, and hopefully much more powerful hardware, the next iPhone is going to be a beast and no doubt be the best selling smartphone in the US again

This is the end of the Iphone legacy, They aren't remotely ahead of their competitors, the design isn't stunning like it used to be and the OS sucks just as hard as it always has. Apple needs to up their game if they want to stay where they are at moment.

I'm going with the 5.5" model for sure. When I'm on the go and traveling light without my iPad Air or MacBook Air, the larger screen will be more convenient.

FYI... These mockups may be accurate if you think about size and basic design but the small design elements (White lines, and camera etc.) is not confirmed and is just a placeholder and will probably be different.

4.7, because the whole reason i own an ipone is because it actually fits in your pocket and you dont have to use 2 hands to text.also because the iPhone 5 feels like it fits perfectly in my hand.

After being an iPhone user since the start, the iPhone 6 talks make me nervous because I'm not liking the changes. I feel a switch to an android in my future.
