Question if you use magneton attack' magnetic circle on the player Pokemon avite Pokemon. Is effective still if they not have any Pokemon on the bench 3:00 ? ( sorry for the bad English)

I'm newbee in Pokemon. Question, At my turn, i draw a card, put basic pokemon, evole some of them and add 1 energy, after if i use Trainer like ''Hau'', draw 3 card, (draw like 2 basic, and 1 Evolution.) Can i put again basic Pokemon in my Bench and evole other one before attacking ?

Do you need to meet all the conditions on a trainer card ?

Do we need to follow all the instructions on a supporter in order to use it? Since some supporters have multiple instructions on them

Don’t you have to draw one card every turn. Let’s say if you have 5 Pokémon cards on your bench already, and the next card you draw from your deck is a Pokémon. Would you put it in the discard pile? Because your only aloud to have up to 5 Pokémon on your bench. Right??

So you need to get all of the energy card for you to play?

Alright so only one Supporter and Stadium per turn, one Tool per Pokémon, and only up to four of the same card yeah? No limitations on how many tools or supporters in general you can have etc? Hopefully someone comes across this lol.
