When I saw Gordon's grilled cheese episode it made me almost angry how a chef could mess up something so beautiful and simple, and actually release it for people to watch. Josh is one of the few social media chefs that I wouldn't be too intimidated to cook for. I feel like even if it was awful, he's find something nice to say about it and then help you make it wackier and better. He's just a nice dude.
