Song: “Sigh no more, ladies, sigh no more”

BY WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE
(from Much Ado About Nothing)
Sigh no more, ladies, sigh no more.
Men were deceivers ever,
One foot in sea, and one on shore,
To one thing constant never.
Then sigh not so, but let them go,
And be you blithe and bonny,
Converting all your sounds of woe
Into hey nonny, nonny.

Sing no more ditties, sing no more
Of dumps so dull and heavy.
The fraud of men was ever so
Since summer first was leafy.
Then sigh not so, but let them go,
And be you blithe and bonny,
Converting all your sounds of woe
Into hey, nonny, nonny.

Dear Carla, after listening your improvisation and reading your discussion with Jose Maria Quintana, I was wondering if you found the time to write the music sheet...If it is the case I would very much enjoy a copy in order to play it myself at the piano, please....

Hi Carla - I love your improvisation of this song and would love to use it in my wedding ceremony. Were you ever able to write out the sheet music for this, and if so would you be willing to let me purchase a copy for my friend to play in my wedding? Thanks!
