How To Fix The Stuck On Character Creation Mirror Glitch/Bug - Fallout 4 | PS5

Keep pausing the game at regular intervals, you will hear the dialogue play through the menu as shown in the video. Rinse and repeat until you see the HUD pop up.

IMPORTANT: After you have created your character and can walk freely, make a new save file and close the game. Once you restart and load up your save the game should run smoothly. Well as smoothly as a Bethesda game can run anyway 😆

my understanding is this bug happens sometimes if you skip the game intro cinematic too soon; wait for the voice over to start before you skip and it shouldn't happen.

Are you serious a glitch at the very start of the game? 🤦‍♀This fixed it for me big thanks to ED FUR'S comment. Once the intro gets past the war part and into the part where u see the robot cutting the hedges and yard you can skip it then it worked for me👍👍👍👍

Just redownloaded for the first time in years and started to an unresponsive game. Have to open the audio menu to progress voice lines. Unbelievably broken game.

Installed the game twice, once without dlc to get it to work, now I have this face glitch and having to pause for dialogue, it works now but really disappointed in how they haven’t fixed anything in all these years especially with the release of the show.

Purchased and installed today and had the glitch right away. On PS 5, digital version of Fallout 4 GoTY Edition.

But the glitch doesnt stop, I cannot hear the characters and the glitchs goes on and on, now the wife isn’t talking to (not like at home) and the sales man isnt talking. Wtf

this game is so old and has so many bugs still. I couldnt even start thebgame cuz i had all the dlc's. I hope bethesda focuses on COL changes for their next game since starfield flopped
