Recorded Apr. 6, 2022. Dr. Kenneth Gundle shares his Sarcoma research with the VA, to identify soft tissue Sarcoma within the National VA Healthcare Systems, and how databases differ regarding Sarcoma to support research.
Dr. Kenneth Gundle is an orthopaedic oncologist – a musculoskeletal tumor surgeon – who is a member of the OHSU Multidisciplinary Sarcoma team. He practices at the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute, as well as at the Portland VA Medical Center. In addition to clinical care, he is deeply involved in translational clinical trials and database driven research. He lives in Portland with his wife Megan – who previously worked for the Northwest Sarcoma Foundation – as well as two boys and a Bernadoodle.
