Thanks for the video. I have recently been diagnosed with MS and currently recovering from optic neuritis. I am waiting for neurologist appointments to start treatment. I am already vegan (8+ years), practice meditation and do yoga. Apart of me has felt betrayed by my body being diagnosed because I feel like I have been taking care of it. I am re-framing my mindset to the idea that if I wasn't looking after my body, perhaps my MS symptoms would be worse, or could have come on sooner. I am interested in strength training as my daily exercise is dog walking and yoga. Do you always do this at home? Do you recommend starting at a gym or using online resources? Thank you in advance!
