Lisa, it was great! I've been on merch for two months and still didn't get a single organic sale. I do understand that my problem is designing once I get an idea but without any prior research. And I really do too general designs and just put many keywords, as general seems to appeal to more people. Guess, it is a bad strategy for lower tiers.
I also want you to know that I really liked your video about hesitation, how some people want to start doing something new but keep only saying it. I've been there and I am still fighting it.

My first designs were I love you cat tee.. lol. I did do a little twist on a few elements I'm working on that will start a collection within multiple niches... I'm making the rookie mistakes you've shown, but glad to be catching on now rather than later down the road. So hard not to design something you love or thinks cool, but it's not niche enough really to make long term income... I think its the excitement of being able to put up something & I rushed in head first & headstrong. Slow & steady wins the race, my advice to anyone reading this who is starting out is to watch Lisa's videos, her honest, upfront & no-nonsense approach is invaluable, encouraging & inspiring. I feel blessed to have found you, Lisa. Much Love.
