2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 vs Lamborghini LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale Drag Racing

I have one simple fact to lay down. 2015 Corvette Z06 just laid down the fastest production lap at VIR. Faster than the Porsche 918, GTR Nismo, Viper TA, all of them. This new Corvette is a track car not a drag car.

I would stick to the 2015 no matter what! You dont hear this from an european every day! The lambo still costs twice as much. And the corvette keeps its own pretty well...and if something happends with the pretty lambo your wallet is ruined. Meanwhile corvette is.pretty cheap to fix. It is all-in-one package. And here in europe corvettes are pretty rare so... I would choose the c7 zo6 over ANY car. Instead of buying a 200k car you can buy a 100k one which can even beat a more expensive car and if you aren t satisfied ( which i doubt that you aren t) you can still mod it! Have a nice day. Corvette wins = not even a single word was spoken
Lambo wins = Corvette spins tires, lambo jumps the start, the driver blinked, the corvette side of the road was in bad condition, the weather was not perfect the clutch broken etc etc etc... all the excuses you can give will never be enought, I still see the corvette getting the jump start on the first race and it also has a lot more horse power... Is this any impressive?? yes!! the Lambo was rolling with an impressive preformance...

I don't even know why people expect the Lamborghini to win against top of the line Corvette's anymore. Just as the ZR-1 destroyed every lamborghini it went against not only on a drag but on a track. You pick a track, the Corvette beat the Lamborghini on it.

I was gonna say, they both got a pretty wealthy jump. I laughed when I first saw the Z06 take off as soon as the Stradale got about a 1/4 up along-side the Vette.

there's no doubt the z06 is a great bargain .. considering the performance but I would personaly would rather have the lambo, because it sounds so freaking amazing

it seemed to me who ever got the jump or who ever didn't line up evenly won the race..we all know that the 8spd auto's are not out yet, so this 'vette driver did a great job on this..both incredibly beautiful cars.

I do have a Z06 Stage 1 and do enjoy it. With that torque, I would love to drive an awd car. This car is difficult to launch. Still best bang for buck though!

At the end of the day both vehicles are amazing pieces of machinery... both have set amazing records and both cars would be amazing to own... I am a fan of both auto makers and I hope they can produce even more astounding autos
